Letting Go:

Our mind is a beautiful creation. First when the event happened, it created a delusion that it didn’t happen. After acceptance, it keeps on reminding that the even happened. Starts berating you, you in short are made to feel disgusted or even responsible at times for those events. Don’t worry it isn't actually that harsh as I may sound. But no problem we have a fix for this too!

This part is called letting go. Whenever the pain of the events, relationships comes back to haunt you, and tell you, ‘It was your fault, it won’t get corrected. You can never forgive yourself for it.’ Just laugh on its irony.

Just keep on telling yourself calmly, ‘Let it go off, my friend. It is of no use to us. Just let it go. It happened but it was nobody’s fault. Pain comes to everybody and came for me too. I let it go.’ Also reciprocate the feeling of letting go.

If you don’t know the art of letting go, remember how it feels when floating on water or just sleeping gazing at the starry night, or watching the sun rising while hearing the nature playing its miraculous tunes or taking a long walk barefooted on a beach or fresh dewed grass? Close your eyes and experience it my friend. After few minutes being at such places, you start feeling the calmness around you seeping into you. Remember that moment, if you haven’t tried it. Go!! Why wait? Go out now and feel it.

So remember, close your eyes, and take deep breath, still your mind and say ‘I let it go. I let my pain go. For I know I am more precious, than few events of this life.’
