One Minute Read(OMR): Anger a tool, but a poisonous emotion

Angry Child yet makes you smile. :D

Non-violence is not just hurting no one by action, but it also means hurting no one either in/with words or in thoughts. That is why non-violence is essence of humanness. Anger however is not the quality of humans. Anger actually is never needed, especially when it is expressed as an emotion.

Non-violence is not just hurting no one by action, but it also means hurting no one either in/with words or in thoughts.

A dagger thrown at you, can hurt you if you catch it by blade and it is an additional weapon in your arsenal if you catch it by handle. Anger used as an emotion endangers the peace of mind of others and more of the self. However, emoted anger is the best weapon in any human's arsenal. Example is a small child. They get sad, cry when they don't get what they want. Once they get it they get back to who they are. But beware it is tough to handle.

A dagger thrown at you, can hurt you if you catch it by blade and it is an additional weapon in your arsenal if you catch it by handle.

However, situations of anger can always be solved by calmness. Anger is never needed. It a universal nature of life. As fire cannot calm down fire so is for anger. An angry person cannot make another angry person understand the situation of problem. Anger makes human listen with an intent to listen, not with an intent to reply. When bad situation occurs, one doesn't need to reply but respond.

Blind are not the people who can't see. Blind are the people who are angry. Blind are the people who can see but cannot feel. So cast away that anger for one day. Enjoy small things. Laugh at big things and laugh louder when angry. Anger is too small to be part of your such beautiful life. You don't give it importance, and it won't dominate your life.
